主要職責Major Responsibilities
1. Lead a 14-CSC team to achieve sales target.
領導客服團隊達成營業目標。
2. Cooperate with product development and marketing promotion.
積極參與並配合產品設計與行銷活動
3. Coach and motivate team members.
激勵團隊士氣及提供適時的協助。
4. Reply and resolve the customer comments.
解決客訴問題。
5. Maintain good relationship with corporate account
與企業用戶維繫良好業務關係。
6. Prepare necessary analysis for management’s decision making.
提供高階主管決策用的相關分析報表
Requirement
1. At least 6-year related working experience with 3 years at management position
2. At least 2-year working experience in travel agent is a must.
3. Ability of customer claim solving is essential.
4. Good communication skill and leadership.
5. Communicable English ability is required.
6. With call center or customer service experience is preferable.
