In order to create a mutually beneficial relationship with mainland China and further
connect with other global cruise businesses, Matthew Wu, Chairman of ICCT, visits cruise
related industries in mainland China, Japan, Singapore, and the Philippines. With these
interactions, Taiwan’s cruise tourism industry is heading in the right direction under Wu’s
